AWESOME REVIEWS Lifehacker: 'LifeTopix for iPhone Organizes Your Life With Connected Apps' Apartment Therapy: “A Home Organization Binder In the Palm of Your Hand” DASHBOARD Get instant visibility to what’s important in your busy work and life through the customizable dashboard. See your calendar, projects and tasks, contacts with alerts, important digital content and your finances in a single glance. BEST CALENDAR & AGENDA Stay on task with a cleverly designed and easy-to-read agenda view showing what’s important today, tomorrow and the near future. Unified tasks, appointments and todo lists.

Alerts included. Best day, week, month and year calendar views. Easily identify items by color. Control your calendar with filters. Device calendar integration enables interaction with events on your iOS Calendar and calendars that iOS supports. I had been looking for a long time for an app that could do more than just create lists of things and manage to dos - I was using Things previously. I wanted a daily planner that just focused on what I had to do that day rather than having to look at everything all at once.

I have a 10.6.8 version of a desktop Mac. My old skype download no longer works and the new version of skype won't download.please help me!!! I need a skype on my apple desktop but unsure.

Lifetopix does that perfectly by having dated tasks and integrates my calendar direct from my computer. Plus it offers much more - it helps me set up trips with check lists, start new projects, make meeting notes - really it can do whatever you want! It is truly multifunctional. I love the fact you can link items together - for example create a meeting in the diary, make meeting notes then create tasks from it, add a website, make a checklist - all tied into the same item. It does take a bit of getting used to but it is worth it. Sync works great too from iPad to iPhone and vice versa. It goes from a 4 star great to a 5 star excellent app due to their amazing customer service.

These guys really value their customers and this shows if you ever have a question or problem as they quickly will sort it out for you. Can't recommend it highly enough! I have been using LifeTopix for a couple of years now having pretty much tried every organiser app on the market. This is the best by a country mile and gets better with every release. I use it to organise my day at work, keep details of the interactions I have had with contacts, keep track of progress with tasks I have delegated to my team, manage projects.

The list goes on. I also use it at home to make sure I don't forget all those little chores, organise dinner parties & other events, keep track of when my bills are due and what shopping I need to get. I used to have to open about 10 different apps to do all of this so thank goodness I found LifeTopix. All of this is great but the most awesome thing is the customer service. Whenever I have raised a query, Adi and the team have got back to me almost instantaneously with an answer and were fantastically helpful when I had some problems with the March release. If you are looking for an all round app to help you organise your life you will not find my thing better than LifeTopix! The App is an excellent and unique resource.

It could be a perfect fit for certain kinds of users. Try it for a couple of weeks before moving on. There is a learning curve but Even more Very Highly recommended! Going from strength to strength. Some people complain that the app is complex but if they can find anything better that is simpler then fine. Complexity is not in the App, it is in the fact that you are doing everything in one place. Supermarkets are bigger than the local pharmacy - go figure.

The value of this app for me is that I can draft, doodle, organise and manage a chaotic schedule with multi-tasking portfolio. All I want to know HOW LONG BEFORE you provide a desk top companion version!

I have had this app on and off since the beginning. I keep on returning to see what the latest feature set includes and whether it can now replace the separate apps that I currently use to drive my life. The power of having all this information in a single app is undeniable, with meta data that runs throughout, but the single most important reason why I end up giving up is the complexity of using the app. I don't need more features, I just need a simpler way of interacting with the features that are already there. One day I hope that this will replace the apps but that is not the case today. This is one of the most (if not, the most) comprehensive apps out there. It covers everything you can think of and interlinks pretty much everything.

I particularly like how stuff I enter in one topic automatically appears in other places e.g. Education assignments and holiday Trips appear as special projects within the tasks section, with their own icons so it's easy to tell them apart.

As other reviewers have said, there is a learning curve with it, but their support is second to none: I have usually got a response from them within a day, often within hours - even if it's just a question about the best way to do something. Update: with version 8.0 everything has been improved and the upcoming 8.1 promises further refinements for GTD style task reviewing. All it needs now is development of desktop companion apps (they hope to have these available towards the end of the year) and I will be a total convert to this system of doing things.

I've never really been satisfied with how I'm organised using paper diaries and other apps. Getting lifetopix has changed that and I didn't bother buying a diary this year. The integration in lifetopix is key, it's great being able to log something in your 'diary' and add relevant files, web pages and notes, etc.

Multiple access points to the app make it flexible enough to use in the way that works best. As other users have said it takes a while to get used to all this app has to offer but there's plenty of support on tap and responses are quick. This is without a doubt one of the best apps out there. Sure it takes a while to navigate around and there is a bit of a learning curve but once you get how it works it will literally change your life and the way you do things forever. I have only been using it for a month or so but I don't know how l managed without it,sure I don't use all the features and doubt that few would but those l am using means l can manage my moderately busy working and personal life so much easier.

Anyone who needs to be better organised should get this you won't regret it. I purchased this App in May 2011, and although there were a few teething problems, it has been developed beyond my wildest dreams. Not only am I impressed with the comprehensive nature of the App (it adapts to my changing life rather than me having to struggle to 'fit in' with a fixed concept written by a software technician) I am also delighted with the speed of reply by the LightArrow team. One tip - don't try to use all the functions at first.

After all, it has taken several years to get my life so chaotic, so I can't expect productivity and order to be instant. This isn't an app for the play station 1 button click no patience generation. I've managed to ditch 3 other apps in favour of this and solved the missing gap of about 3 others. The functionality of this app is amazing. HOWEVER.this functionality comes at a price. To do what it does needs a lot of configuring and at first glance it can be pretty daunting.

I've spent a couple of days on and off setting it up and still learning its functionality but each time I use it I now find more in it but finding more becomes easier and easier. Well worth the money paid and the developers really seem to take an interest in their users but if you want 1 click 1 trick pony this isn't for you. A very good app. I was researching for a good task handler when I came into it.

It is really complete and it is true that you will have to get used to it, and that it is not as straightforward as many would like, but that is to be expected if you want an app that integrates as many aspects as this one does. I synchronized it with google and now the app handles all my tasks, projects, appointments and events on all my devices. The app is an excellent planner.

Life topix includes a good health section. Highly recommended. I'm a software developer, and been using iOS since the original iPhone, but I just can't get my head round this app! The categories don't seem to reflect my life, and I can't find a way to change them. I want to do a simple To-do like book vacation time. No categories seem relevant (I looked for 'work' for example). So I tap something else and I get a list of everything, none of which seem at all relevant.

I tried the getting started document, but that seemed all about pass codes and setup, not getting started! I tried the videos and they seemed to be more marketing, or the iPhone app which seems completely different to my iPad app. Sorry guys, I've given it my best shot, and I just can't get the hang of this app! At last, an App that that integrates Calendar, tasks, reminders, contacts, database, travel planner, file sync with Dropbox. The list goes on. It works superbly and has iCloud sync between devices. The inbuilt help is comprehensive and product support is excellent.

I started an email exchange with the support team on Sarurday afternoon and they worked with me personally until Sunday night until it was resolved- the problem wasn't even with the App! It was a device/iCloud issue that they sorted! I've had this App on my iPad for 24hrs and each hour I've used it, (obviously I've slept in the 24 hours!) the app gets more and more fascinating, It really is a tremendous all in one application. I keep finding things on it that are so very useful. All the productivity apps I've seen (and bought) just seem to pale into insignificance in comparison.

OK, this app may not be everyone's cup of tea, coffee or whatever but, as an all in one application it is superb. My only complaint is that it doesn't make coffee for me. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to put virtual pen to virtual paper on this one.

Great app, good work, and it's not crashed once while I've been using it. I had been looking for a long time for an app that could do more than just create lists of things and manage to dos - I was using Things previously. I wanted a daily planner that just focused on what I had to do that day rather than having to look at everything all at once.
